Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Shoulder
Measure from one shoulder point straight across to the other shoulder point.
Sleeve
Measure from the shoulder point down to the wrist with your arm slightly bent.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably snug.
