Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed and prepared for shipment after your purchase is confirmed.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information, where available.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days

Shipping Charges

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking information provided by the carrier to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping to selected international destinations.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed Deliveries

Lost or Damaged Packages

We recommend taking clear photographs of the packaging and the damaged product and sending them to our customer service team along with your order number.

If your tracking information shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery location. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will assist you in determining the next steps.
